Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. We oftentimes work with clients who are not at the property. As long as we can gain entry and have a clear understanding of what you're wanting, we can take the necessary measurements and provide our opinions on the best solution.
How long will it take to receive new blinds?
As all our products are custom made to order, processing time varies by product type, manufacturer and even time of year. It's best to ask your representative after you've selected your product and brand.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. We do require a 50% deposit prior to all orders.
What warranties are provided?
We only work with the best manufacturers and therefore they each have their own stellar warranty. As installers, we also provide a one year warranty for workmanship. For a particular manufacturers warranty, please speak with your representative.
